The Store Director Trainee program will allow you to start your career development on the fast track at Carrefour. You will be provided with overall comprehension and in-field practice of retail business through rotation at operation, merchandise, supporting functions, and much more. During the first year, you will be mentored by a Senior Director. And you’ll also participate in our standard MT training, offering professional classroom courses, quarterly hands-on sessions with experts and opportunities to meet other participants and Carrefour Corporate senior leaders. Carrefour runs talent identification program which named Career Committee every year. Your performance and potential will be fairly ****uated by relevant leadership team in calibration round table. Talent would be promoted within 1-2 years via Career Committee discussion.
